A line a guy should never use

So on Saturday night I met up with three friends at a sports bar filled with cute guys. Unfortunately, the only guy who caught my eye was a British lad who asked to borrow one of our chairs and then disappeared from sight. Sad. But in the meantime, my friend L and I were conversating with Soccer Stud. Soccer Stud was a fairly nice guy and he did have one thing going for him–the fact that he was from WA. But the line that buried him? “Have you heard of wikipedia?” “Yes.” “You should look me up, I’m totally on there.” Now, why would I want to look you up? Because you played MLS in the 90s? I. Do. Not. Care. Seriously, what a line. Don’t use it men.

I wonder if any of the hot guys at church are on wikipedia…. :)

  1. At first I thought that the line not to be used was ‘excuse me can I borrow a chair’!!!
