Breezy all at Sea

Wow, it’s been a while, I know! Our modem broke at my apartment and we won’t get a new one for a few days, so I’m at my cousin’s using their internet. Sad. I haven’t read any blogs or been online for days! Well, that’s mostly because my best friend M was in town. She arrived Friday and we did all sorts of touristy stuff and had a great time overall. We had a great sushi dinner on Friday night.

Saturday was a theme park day where we saw famous movie sets and sweated our brains out in the sun. That night we went out and saw P. He met us out and took us to a few different bars and it was great. He is so hot. He shaved his facial hair and was so friendly to M and was just so funny, I loved it. I think I’m still wary after the whole Jenner fiasco, but hopefully we can hang out this week in a non-bar environment and see what happens. I need to show him that I like him more, according to M and my roommate’s boyfriend T. Argh. I hate this whole situation. Why can’t we just get together already?

Yesterday we went to the beach and encountered disgusting sand fleas! It was horrible. We had to wash everything and take showers because we felt so gross. But we did manage to see some stars homes and go to some very famous streets for window shopping. Last night we ventured out again, no P this time, but we did go to a cool jazz bar and enjoyed our last night hanging out.

I’m so sad she’s gone. She is the funniest person, a true friend and just great to be around. We never ran out of things to talk about (spent a lot discussing her boyfriend and P), and just had fun together. No drama, no tension, nothing. I just am sad because I won’t see her probably for a few months, maybe as many as six. That’s the problem when all your best friends live thousands of miles away.

And in other news, I have an interview tomorrow. Might work for my cousin’s sister in law again, and my aunt comes into town this week. Should be fun hanging out with her. And hopefully P and I will meet up.

My roommate and I are getting along better. Her boyfriend T is so great. They are so cute together and they’re just fun…
